Shipping and Returns
Order & Shipping:
We offer FREE international shipping worldwide (except Russia, Iran and China).
*Please note that customers are responsible for paying customs, duties and/or VAT.
Shipments from KreuzbergKinder Eyewear are carried out by DHL. The option to ship via DHL Express will appear in the checkout zone and will carry an additional cost.
All of shipments are carefully packaged to and ready for a non-damaged transport.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box address at the moment.
Orders placed on weekend and national holidays are processed the following business day.
All international orders are shipped from our Berlin, Germany warehouse.
Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed and up to 10 business days for your package to arrive. Time to arrival is based on your chosen destination.
Deliveries in the European Union: 3-5 business days.
Deliveries to other countries: 10 business days, depending on the customs procedures.
As soon as your order was shipped, you will receive your tracking number and a package tracking link via e-mail.
You are able to reroute your package to a new address after it was shipped. Please e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number and we can assist in rerouting your package with an addition fee depend on the situation
Returns & Exchanges:
As we understand there might be a need to return your purchase frame, we allow the ship-back of your purchased product, within a period of 10 days from the date you received your order.
We do not exchange products. If you require a product exchange, you must return the received article and make a new purchase.
Please note that all Sales items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If a package is refused and we are charged shipping and/or duties, that amount will be deducted from original order before a refund is credited.
All merchandise must be returned unworn and in like-new condition in order to receive a full refund. KreuzbergKinder reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our quality control requirements.
Our Customer Service will refund your returned purchase after checking that the product has been received in the same condition as it was sent and contains all its original packaging.
In case we receive your returned article without all the packaging, 10 Euros will be deducted from the amount of your refund to cover the repackaging expenses.
KreuzbergKinder Eyewear will refund your purchase within 48 hours from receiving your package. A confirmation e-mail will be sent immediately after your refund.
All refunds will be made using the original method of payment.
